Building your own home
You have decided that you are going to build your own home. You may already have a piece of land or you may still be looking but before you decide you want to be able to visualise what can be built on a particular lot, large or small. This is when it’s time to visit a display village to get some ideas and see what you can do.
Display villages
We have a display home at the Queensland Master Builders Association display village at Daisy Hill. If you like our home on display we can build you one just the same or we can design you a something completely original, whether it be Modern, Contemporary, Colonial, Federation or a Queenslander. And if your site is sloping—more the better. Split level homes on sloping blocks are our speciality.
Designing your home
When you visit our display homes you’ll meet our design consultants. They can show you examples of various designs to give you some ideas and then turn those ideas into a draft plan. They’ll visit your site with you to understand fully what you want and provide valuable advice and suggestions. This is particularly important when considering slope, aspect, prevailing breezes and lot size. Then they’ll work with you to incorporate this all into a plan.
Build quality and finishes
